You are about to enter a client portal provided by one of our supplier, Solutions Segic Inc. (“Segic”).
By accessing this portal, you could have access to personal information concerning members of the plan you administer, their beneficiaries or their dependents, potentially including what is considered to be “sensitive” personal information, namely information of a medical, biometric or otherwise intimate nature, entailing a high level of reasonable expectation of privacy. In this regard, you acknowledge that you must at all times process this information in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Québec) and in such way as to preserve its strictest confidentiality.
You acknowledge that you cannot, in any case, transfer this personal information to anyone without the express consent of the persons concerned and of Medic Solutions and that you can access it only for the purpose of your functions as an insurance plan administrator.
Furthermore, by accessing this administrator portal, you acknowledge being bound by and having to comply with the provisions of Medic Solutions’ Privacy Policy, available here, with the necessary adaptations
