Claims for Medical, Paramedical and Dental Care

Your claims will be reimbursed directly to your bank account.
First and foremost, we recommend you to sign up for direct deposit by going to the "Personal Information" tab in the Insurance Portal, or by completing the relevant form available at the forms section of our website.

Two available options :

Insurance Portal

Scan or take a picture the original receipts with your smart phone or tablet and submit your claim through the Portal.

By mail

Once your application has been processed, you will receive:

  • a reimbursement deposited directly into your bank account
  • a notice of payment

Attention: If you have not yet signed up for direct deposits

Please complete the direct deposit form and return it to us with a void cheque. Send all documents along with your claim.

Medic Acess Card (Solution M)

This direct payment card lets you purchase drugs from the pharmacy without paying the full amount. When you present your direct payment card, you will only need to pay for the non-covered portion of your eligible prescriptions.
